NEW MARCH 2017.  Swaffhamprior was a station on the Mildenhall branch, between Bottisham & Lode and Burwell. The file provides a copy of GER drawing No. 32620 of September 1908. The original was done to a scale of 1 chain (22 yards) to an inch. It shows the trackwork and buildings, and indicates the limits of the GER property. It is suitable for viewing on screen, but the resolution is not sufficient to print it out full size - you could of course print it out at A4 on a 'fit to printable area' setting: this works, though the detail will be rather small.

The second page of the file has photograph No. 19126 from our photograph collection which is available separately. The picture is undated, but is from the late 1950s or early 1960s when the passing loop had been removed.
