GERS products are in one of 3 'brands':-

GERS CDs & DVDs - these are discs which will be posted to you.

GERS Files to be sent to you - these will be sent (if small enough) as an e-mail attachment or by using a file transmission service, such as WeTransfer where you receive an e-mail with a download link. Vary large files may be sent on a CD.

GERS Downloadable Files - these are files you can download after payment from the download area of your account.
