Ian Strugnell has produced a spreadsheet which lists all the documents held at Kew under their reference RAIL 227 (i.e., those from the GER). It indicates which ones have been summarised, and for those we have added the number of the file in which it appears in the Emporium. You can download this HERE as a PDF.

Printed Agreements Index: The GER Secretary kept (mostly printed) copies of some of the legal agreements the Company entered into with other companies, authorities and individuals. They cover a wide range of subjects, including property purchases, sales and leases; provision and repair of roadways etc.; provision of siding or other accommodation for goods traffic; agencies for sale of tickets (including Continental); construction of steamboats; operation of omnibus or river boat services in conjunction with the train services. They are in 13 volumes now at TNA (RAIL 227/328 to 340). Our index HERE (an Excel spreadsheet) contains a brief summary of who, what and when; also references to minutes where known.

ECR Agreements copies list:  A seemingly random selection of hand-written copies of agreements the Company entered into, mostly concerning property and including several from the early years before the Act was obtained. They are in a single volume at TNA (RAIL 186/98). Our index to them, amended October 2020, is HERE (an Excel spreadsheet).
