This document must be quite a rarity to have survived - it somehow escaped the waste paper recycling drive of the early post-War era. The copy scanned is in the possession of the Brewster Centre @ the Colne Valley Railway, and our thanks go to them for willingly agreeing we might offer it in our Files Emporium, and to our member Nick Ellis who made it possible.
