Like the No. 109 Class described above, these two engines were constructed to replace two withdrawn Sharp singles, in this case the locomotives were very similar to the original Sharp design save for the Johnson style cab and chimney. Again, the link motion from the scrapped engines were re-used, perhaps more given the similarity to the original design. They were added to the duplicate list as 730 and 740 in 1876 and were scrapped in 1877 and 1879 respectively.
