RC035 Agreements between BR and the Trade Unions 1972
NEW APRIL 2016. The agreements between British Railways and the Trade Unions over pay and conditions had evolved over many years. By 1972 they were every bit as complicated as the railway's own rule book or its working timetables appendix. This is a scan of a trade union's handbook of that time, detailing all those agreements. It ran to 228 pages, shown in this file as two-page displays.
The file is word-searchable and includes bookmarks to the main sections, as shown in the thumbnail illustration of a typical screenshot above. It will be available to download as soon as payment has been made. You go to your account and click on ‘Downloads’. New customers create an account as they place their order.
