NEW SEPTEMBER 2017. This is a BR train crew manual giving working instructions for push-pull trains and driving van trailers (DVTs). It is the first issue, dated September 1990 reference BR.33070/18. It was intended for use on the West Coast main line, but these trains would later come to operate the Liverpool Street to Norwich services.
There are photogaphic illustrations of several of the key items of equipment. Contents include train communication equipment and heating, lighting and air conditioning. Guidance is given for stabling such a train and for its haulage if no overhead power is available.
The file is word-searchable and is supplied with bookmarks. It will be available to download as soon as payment has been made. You go to your account and click on ‘Downloads’. New customers create an account as they place their order.
