NEW FEBRUARY 2018. Over the years 1913 to 1915, the GER Magazine published a series of fourteen illustrated articles under the title of 'The Predecessors of the Great Eastern Railway'. They were written by W R Jenkinson of the Secretary's Department. It was felt that it would be helpful to issue them in a single file, so they can be acquired without having to purchase the entire GER Magazine DVDs.
The predecessors of the title were the Eastern Counties Railway, the East Anglian Railway, the Newmarket Railway, the Eastern Union Railway and the Norfolk Railway. The Northern and Eastern Railway features in the account as well.
The file is word-searchable, with bookmarks to each of the fourteen parts. It will be available to download as soon as payment has been made. You go to your account and click on ‘Downloads’. New customers create an account as they place their order.
