LM026 Oil-burning Claud
This is a file which shows a scan of a contemporary drawing of a 'Claud Hamilton' locomotive illustrating how it was adapted for oil burning. It has a left-hand side view of the engine and tender and a front view of the engine.
The intention is to view the drawing on-screen and zoom in to perhaps 75% or 100% on a chosen area to see the detail.
You can print it out on to an A4 sheet of paper, but the original drawing was approximately 11 inches by 48 inches, so not much detail will be visible. If you are after a full-size print-out, you ought to purchase D33.CD instead. The CD has this same viewing file but also has a second much larger version of the file, labelled 'For professional printing'. You should take the CD along to a local printer and request a print from that file: it will require a sheet of paper longer than A0, which may then be trimmed down to size.
This file will be available to download as soon as payment has been made. You go to your account and click on ‘Downloads’. New customers create an account as they place their order.
