To set up a Standing Order (SO) for your membership subscription, complete and sign the form which you can find here, then send it to your bank. To assist the Treasurer and Membership Secretary, please complete this form to confirm to us what you have done. Please note, this is just for our information - filling in the form does not set up an SO - you have to arrange that with your bank using the paper form we provide.
